How North India suddenly became richer, and paid more taxes despite profligacy: Lately, tates in North India have been climbing the ranks and overtaking Southern states.  They have got included among the top GDP contributing states in India.  They have become the highest taxpayers.  How is that possible? Will this impact the delimitation exercise?
