You have mirrored the stark reality of the communal frenzy and mayhem, that's the norm these days, by saying "When there is unemployment in conjunction with weakening institutions and poor education, the possibility of rent-a-crowd mobs running amok rapidly becomes a probability. Fuelling them with half crazed stories about religion, or language or even plain hatred against other castes creeds and beliefs becomes very easy." That's how the violence in Delhi in 2020 and recently in Nuh and in between many places, happened. More power to your pen.
